$32 Small Item Disposal Fee
If you would like us to remove a small item (Basketball size or smaller) from your property. And not use your trash can for disposal.
$64 Medium Item Disposal Fee
If you would like us to remove a medium sized item (Ceiling fan, End table, etc.) from your property. And not use your trash can for disposal.
20% Material Markup
Covers the time, fuel, and coordination it takes to source, purchase, and transport materials. — so you don’t have to make extra trips to the store or guess which parts to buy.
$180 Holiday or After Hours Booking Fee
When scheduling a visit during a holiday or after our normal business hours (Mon-Sat: 8am-5pm), our Appointment Booking Fee becomes $180.
